I reached back into the archives to get this one. This guy was the lead on a sled dog team that we found at a winter carnival at the Governor General's residence in Ottawa last year. His job was to lead a pack of other dogs in pulling overstuffed Christmas revellers for a loop around a snow covered track. These dogs are amazingly strong and motivated.... I wonder what they're thinking while they're pulling though!!!???

Great shot. He does have that long-tongued look that dogs do when they're tired. Love the mis-matched eyes (a common feature of huskys, no?). Also, being an image of a white dog in the snow, one is nearly left with the impression of free-floating eyes, nose, and mouth. You could try increasing the exposure (brightening it) to increase that effect. Only thing is I'd rather not see the embossing, but I'm picky about framing.

@Damon Schreiber: Thanks all f or the comments. Banan: as`Damon says, mis-matched eyes are a common feature of the husky dog. And = I appreciate your perspective Damon - it's one of those things. I do like framing - others not so much..... but that's one of the reasons I post pics on here - to get feedback.....
cheers all ;)
