I sold my first picture today. I never intended to sell it - and I certainly wasn't looking to sell one. Someone just came up to me and said, "hey - I'd like to buy that horse picture off you - I have a friend and she likes horses and I thought I'd buy it for her. How much do you want?" And I thought....... And I thought......... and I couldn't figure out how much. So I came up with a number I liked - cuz it was round - and she bought it! How can you place a price tag on something that you do strictly for the sake of doing? What is the value of the image?
I'm still thinking...... I've got a LOT of thinking to do.
